"When I was looking for a home I originally started the search on my own even though Dan Was a friend of a friend. I put in an offer on a place I thought was pretty nice, but was passed up because even though I had income I did not have a long history of credit. The listing agent tried to convince me to go with him and showed me a couple of places that weren't even close to what I was looking for. Dan at this time continued to send me listing after listing to let me know he was working to find me a place even though I hadn't agreed to use him. Once I finally agreed to go with Dan he found me the perfect bachelor pad. All of the amenities I wanted were there. As soon as I walked in I told Dan that this was it. They had a couple of other offers, but Dan worked his butt off to get me accepted. The condition I gave Dan for me to use him as my agent was that he would have to help me move all my stuff. (Jokingly). When moving day came none of my friends were to be found except Dan. Not only did he find me an awesome home, but he helped me move in as well.
